Dr. Littlejohns has been at The Mission Practice since 2002. Her specific areas of interest include Diabetes, Obstetrics. Gynaecology and Sexual Health. She enjoys the challenge of working out the cause of peoples' problems, and feels it is a priviledge to have the opportunity to sometimes be able to help. Dr Littlejohns says: The best thing about working here is the people: the staff who support and inspire me to aim higher, and the patients I have been able to get to know over good times and through the bad times. |

Louise Vaughan trained at Nottingham Medical school and moved to Tower Hamlets in 2003 to complete her GP training. She has a special interest in women's health and mental health and has been exploring how the practice can use a whole person approach to healthcare, considering issues in the context of not just the physical, but the emotional/mental, social and spiritual. |

Dr Will Spiring joined The Mission Practice in 2007 and has been a GP since 2003. He has a special interest in Medical Education and also works part time for Queen Mary University as a Clinical Senior Lecturer in the School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is a GP trainer and life long learner in whole person health. |
Dr Kirsty Hannah GMC: 6147218 (f)
Dr Kirsty Hannah’s journey to the Mission Practice took her from south London, training at Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Medical school, to north London via a stint in prison, caring for the women at HMP Holloway. She is passionate about seeing people have real hope. She has a particular interests in psychiatry and addiction as well as motivational interview; completing a BSc in psychology during her time at med school. When not with a stethoscope, she can be found with a baking whisk, or a huge pile of kids football kits to wash or, ideally a pair of running trainers. |
Dr Pieter-Bas Spronk GMC: 7006955 (m)
I trained and worked as a GP in the Netherlands before moving to London with my family in 2012. I have loved working as part of the team of great colleagues here at the Mission Practice. I consider it a great privilege to be working for the health and wellbeing of our patients in Bethnal Green. My special interests include minor surgery, musculoskeletal problems and asthma/COPD. |
