Mission Practice Vision

Our team wants to support you to be well in body, mind and spirit. As health is not just about a lack of illness, GP surgeries needs different professionals to support you to stay well.
Health and wellbeing depends on relationships: with ourselves, others and the wider world. Relationships are built on quality listening and good conversations; where there is time to tell your story. We want to hear your story!

GP Net Earnings

All GP Practices are required to declare mean earnings (i.e. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The average pay for GPs working in the practice of The Mission Practice in the last financial year was £7,805 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 11 part time GPs and 1 locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months. January 2024
