Mission Practice Vision

Our team wants to support you to be well in body, mind and spirit. As health is not just about a lack of illness, GP surgeries needs different professionals to support you to stay well.
Health and wellbeing depends on relationships: with ourselves, others and the wider world. Relationships are built on quality listening and good conversations; where there is time to tell your story. We want to hear your story!

Patient Participation Group - PPG

The PPG involves you in the Mission Practice. Because we value our patients and their input regarding the development of the surgery. This is your surgery, you are the expert, so we want to know what you think. The PPG is a the communication channel for that.

We believe in running a surgery which is best for you and we want to continuously improve our services in order to meet your needs. That's why we want to hear from you.

Do join the PPG and let the patient's voice be heard! Leave your name at reception and we will contact you.  We are especially looking for more people who are not white British, as well as people with mental health conditions or with protected characteristics as identified in the Equality Act 2010.
