Health and wellbeing depends on relationships: with ourselves, others and the wider world. Relationships are built on quality listening and good conversations; where there is time to tell your story. We want to hear your story!

New Patient Registration? - Welcome to the Mission Practice

We welcome any new patient who lives within our practice area: anywhere within E2, (except E2 8** as this is classed as Hackney not Tower Hamlets). You do not need to have a proof of ID, address, immigration status or an NHS number in order to receive care or see a GP 

The best way to register is on-line at https://www.eastlondonregistergp.nhs.uk

Your registration takes one week to process - if you have an urgent medical problem which requires attention before then, you will need to go to one of the local Walk In Centres. It can take a considerable time for us to receive your medical records, so it is important to answer all the questions regarding your health.
