Health and wellbeing depends on relationships: with ourselves, others and the wider world. Relationships are built on quality listening and good conversations; where there is time to tell your story. We want to hear your story!

Home Visits

Please try to telephone reception before 9am if you require a home visit. Doctor's bag

Home visits are only for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time it takes to make one home visit. Also better facilities for examining and treating patients are available at the Surgery.
