Dr Naomi Beer trained at Guys Hospital Medical school but she has always worked in Tower Hamlets as a GP, initially as a partner, then as a locum and now as a salaried GP.  She has learned more from her patients than anyone or anything and has always been interested in how patient stories are linked to their health. She has other roles in staff development both individually and as teams and getting people together to communicate more fully is her passion.
